I bought a certified pre-own Mercedes last year from a MB dealer. The dealer did not disclose that the car?
has been partially repainted due to accident. I later found out that part of the car has been repainted as discovered by a MB service center. CarFax showed no accident report however. Do I have any recourse with this dealer? The car was bought in California.
maybe the accident was only minor, so did not need to be reported, I suggest you approach the dealer with this information,, good luck
