Harley Davidson Service Manual
Can someone point me in the direction of Harley-Davidson service manuals?
To be precise, I need the wiring diagram / schedule for the starter relay on an older Shovelhead. Anyone? Whoh ... There is a slow time gentlemen. This question did not begin with the line: "I'm an idiot ..." and I honestly appreciate your input as a means to help me, but that's the reason I came to you for help. The data I am looking for is probably 1 / 4 sheet in a service manual that I would not rather pay $ 40.00 for and the barns and Noble idea was just never something I considered. I see it now: "Hey nice bike, but I heard you paid more for the manual?" So yes, I have seen from all your suggestions and now, half time, but I would like a PDF or even a pencil sketch on the start relay wiring.
In all honesty, if you have a Shovelhead a FACTORY service manual! STAY AWAY FROM Clymer HAYNES AND .... THEY ARE CRAP! They leave a lot of critical information that only the HD FACTORY manual ..... as Clymer and Haynes were worth anything .... HD would be to use them and do not print their own! EVERYONE that someone from their own work should invest the money in a factory service manual ... it will pay for itself the first time you go to a store to pay for something you screwed up because you do not know what you were doing to solve. Go to HD, J & P, V-TWIN MFG, DRAG SPEC, ETC and !!!!... GET A GUIDE They are worth every penny !!!!......... to keep him in the closet, instead of reading the expensive, yuppified, raga zine full of $ 100k non-negotiable SHOW BIKES named Sleazy RIDER ...... FACTORY service manual and read your ....... learn something! !
